FIREBIRD PRO CAS IN CARDBOARD BOX

GESIPA relies on CAS - the manufacturer-independent battery system. More than 180 electrical devices – but just one battery! With the Cordless Alliance System (abbreviated: CAS) tools from all participating manufacturers for a wide range of applications are combined easily thanks to uniform batteries and charging devices. GESIPA is now one of the participating manufacturers and the CAS system is being extended to include battery-powered riveting tools. The CAS battery packs are particularly long-lasting and powerful. Depending on the design, they are based on Li-Ion or LiHD technology. At GESIPA the blind riveting and blind rivet nut setting tools can be purchased as standard with 2.0 Ah battery packs - the compact 4.0 Ah battery is also available as an accessory. But of course all other available CAS battery packs can also be used with our Bird Pro devices.
With a force of 15,000 N and the tried-and-tested brushless motor, the FireBird Pro is powerful and fast when setting blind rivet nuts of up to M8 steel, M6 stainless steel and M10 aluminum. Since no wear-prone brushes are used, the motor of the FireBird Pro has an extremely long service life, is virtually non-wearing and reliably guarantees the fastest setting frequencies. The setting tool is controlled solely by the setting force adjustment. The thread of the blind rivet nut is therefore optimally protected while ensuring the blind rivet nut is securely anchored in the material. With the 18-volt battery power supply, the tool is suitable for flexible, cordless use on construction sites and in industrial manufacturing. Drilling of the blind rivet nut is performed with optimised torque and automated shutdown. The mechanism for triggering the riveting process is functionally separated from the drilling process and, once the riveting process is complete, the FireBird Pro provides an automatic drilling function. The riveting tool is robust and features an impact-resistant housing. Furthermore, the balanced position of its centre of gravity and the convenient handle allow you to keep working while avoiding fatigue.
